I read this once and was curious. I tried it and it does work.

I wasn't sure at first. But it DOES clear the lungs. I went out and bought nose spray in a pump (not the squeeze bottle, although I started with the squeeze bottle). Emptied the contents, washed it out, and filled it with 3% over the counter Hydrogen Peroxide. Cost: 2 bucks and change for the sprayer, half a buck for the HP at WalMart. ALL if the iritation in my lungs is gone, and I don't need my inhalor.

The bottle I have says it can be used as a mouth rinse. I have used it as this and it does seem to clear things up. I usually dilute it with water though because of the funny aftertaste.

Well it's been a couple of weeks since the pump spray method, and I have hawked up more crap than you could believe. One thing I did notice was my nose has been clear. I used to do nose drops before bed so it would open my nose and help me sleep - no more. Also the morning nose blow parties have stopped. Nose is clearer 99% and I seem to be sleeping better - which is a plus for me. Cognition seems improved too. The added O2 + the added better sleep? Whatever - anything that makes my life better is welcome.

OK, as I said in another post I have been feeling like crapola for the last week. It was headed for an upper respiratory infection (as usual) so I figured, before I have to spend money on the damn doctor and a Z-Pack of anti-biotics, lets declare war with the hydrogen peroxide pump-sprayer. So far, the HP is winning. I'll let you know how this turns out.

I slept last night and wasn't all congested this morning. Granted, I took Ny-Qil (the sniffy, sneezy, put yer head in a coma so you can rest medicine) but it's how I felt when I woke up that counts. And THAT was better. I'm still doin the HP, so far .. HP is winning

I always go to Earthclinic. And I think I read once that the body produces hydrogen peroxide as a natural defense mechanism so it isn't anything foreign.

Hey Jim, I thought you would like to know that I bought some HP!   LOL

my daughter always has problems with wax build up in her ears,  so much that it can make her dizzy or feel a bit deaf.

She was leaving for camp and complaining about her ear.  It was going to be her first time away from  home and didn't  want  her  to be there and have ear trouble.

I looked up how to clean out an ear clogged with excess wax.  Low and behold HP was to be used.

I had her lay on her side with a towel  under her head.  Sucked up HP in a syringe (no needle in it ) and pulled her ear open a bit and shot it in at a constant steady flow.  Left to sit in there to bubble.  The bubbles loosen the wax.

I would the suck the HP back  out of the ear with the syringe...and shoot some more in.

This took about 45 mins of flushing and reflushing until I could see wax becoming loose.  Finally a giant chunk came out...she was so happy.  She kept saying OMG  CAN HEAR!!!!!

I still have alot of the bottle left  and I am glad to have it.  It worked wonders.

Whether you want it or not THEY are coming...PESTILENCE

That's great for the ears too. I usually put my thumb over the bottle top and pour it in LOL.

Whatever I was fighting - lost the battle.  HP - cheap and kicks ass.

Listen, my modem died yesterday and went out today to get the freebee replacement. I should be online later tonite or tomorrow.

I have been doing that periodically for years but I just use a medicine dropper and wait till it stops bubbling and then flush it out in the shower.  Note.....don't put rubbing alcohol in your eye...burns like Hell....

Be mindful the next time you by a big bottle of hydrogen peroxide. You could end up on the Gestapo's surveillance list.

As much as I can say is that this argument has been going on for longer than you can imagine. No one who has used HP in the mist form has had anything negative to say, and there are people who drink it diluted. I wouldn't start drinking it, but for me, and the reason I occasionally use it, is that it works unbelievably well to clean out the crap in you lungs. I had a cough and congestion that I couldn't shake. That's when I looked into the HP. I bought the nose spray pump bottle, cleaned it out, put in the HP and used it. It cleaned out everything.

The body makes HP, and granted it has to be purer than store bought 3%, but all I know is that it worked for me and I have never had a problem with it.

I can see it all now at the register: Will that be cash or charge, and are you using the HP for hygiene or a bomb?
