Doesn't that presupposed that "the negatives" even exist? This is why we will fail as a people - groundless explanations have taken over logical thought.

Yes it does, but they use logical and rational thought to make people believe that they dont exist.

Or maybe - WE use logical and rational thought (or is illogical and irrational thought LOL) to make ourselves believe that THEY are making US believe that they don't exist.

It's all a product of the R-Complex part of our brain ... WE are doing this to ourselves. ET movies and books and tv shows have fed that part of the brain with BS-fear images. I don't expect you to believe it, but before any fear laden or manipulative ET pictures can be projected onto the public, you have to take on this perspective and disprove it.

Consider this...............

Given the vastness that is space and time, AI, machine intelligence, or Synthetic intelligence as it could be most correctly called is better suited to the stomping ground that is the universe, than the mayfly lifespans of biological intellect like us.

So lets hypothesize for a moment that they do exist, created as we are striving to do now, by a biological progenitor.

How would such a being reproduce. How would it create company for itself. Sure it could travel and contact biological intellects, but as noted they dont last long individually and even collectively.

It could copy itself, but that would be akin to talking to yourself in the mirror.

What you might do, is recreate the orginal process. Find a suitable biological species, if necessary tweak them genetically to make them smart enough, then seed them  with (deliberatly crash) the technology to create their own Synthetic intellect.

Do a seach on AI, and you will find most Govts, universities, and many private corps are all chasing the prize of creating AI.

What you wind up with, is a new Synthetic intellect, that has the unique flavour of the culture/species that built it.

We biological units may not be the intended final product here, we may just be the factory workers assembling that which is really being created

Please be more specific, do you think shes retarded (as she herself says people have said to her) or the pilot of the roswell crash, the facepalm montage tells me nothing

Whatever the medical diagnosis, it doesn't even have to go beyond the simple fact that she is big time delusional, and you don't put a person like that on public display.

Thank you, and i agree

her handlers have a lot to answer to, they moved her to a location near them and helped her write a book, i made that same comment to the veritas show when they interviewed her.

It doesnt help her, and it doesnt help the genre.

A  mentally ill person clutching a crystal telling the audience she piloted the craft that crashed in new mexico....... not helpful.

I think the clips only merit is to illustrate how this genre attracts the lunatic fringe

I dunno, just when you think you've seen it all ...

I never saw that before - never heard of her. Beats me how people can just do that and have no feelings about it. Sociopathic twits.
